Temeraire & Adobe

jmc_bksNaomi Novik has posted that Peter Jackson (Lord of the Rings!) has optioned the Temeraire series. I know, options don't mean anything -- look at the In Death books, opted years ago but still nowhere in terms of production. Still, Jackson would likely do an amazing job :)
Adobe, how do I love and hate you, all at once? Upgrades at work. Hate them. HATE, I shout. Stuff that used to work fine now no longer works at all. Fix or patch one thing, but another piece won't work. I need Adobe to work and to be a print option. After four different techs have "fixed" the problem, Adobe now appears as a possible printer option...except I get breakpoint error messages when I attempt to use it as a printer. Grrr.
And I forgot to grab a book this morning, so I had nothing to read on the train. Yes, it has been a grumpy day for me all the way around.
