Rebranding Chechnya?

Check out this article in The Independent. The pro-Moscow president is looking to change the image of Chechnya, and thinks changing the name to "Nokhchiin" may do the trick. Because clearly, the label is the main problem for Chechnya. ::eye roll:: Not the political and social unrest/instability, allegations of human rights abuses, the bombed out capital, etc.
