jmc_bksDoing a happy dance on two fronts.
First, the federal district court handling Rep. Jefferson's suit re: the search of his Capitol Hill office found that search/raid was legal. The judge made a particular point of the fact that elected officials are not above the law, and government offices are not safe zones that can harbor criminal activity with impunity. Check out the opinion here.
Second *fan fare sounds* -- Rosario is home from Japan. I'm looking forward to her upcoming reviews, assuming she had time to read and/or write reviews in between classes and sight-seeing.
