Still eating candy

jmc_bksThis year's easter candy favorite? Lemon creme Hershey kisses. They taste like lemon creme sandwich cookies, and were by far the favorite at the office, much better than the orange creme kisses.
If you aren't nauseated by the sight of peeps, check out the winners and finalists of the second annual "Peep Show" contest run by the Post this year -- more peep dioramas. Me, I like the winner and the U2 3-D best.
On the reading front, I've hit a wall. I'm still working on Dan Koeppel's Banana: The Fate of the Fruit That Changed the World. Had no idea that the banana was not indigenous to Central and South America. Or that its popularity in the US was so very recent.
FYI: The Cab's "Whisper War" is available for pre-order at Fueled by Ramen's website. (Go buy a copy.) I've ordered my copy, and am debating going to see them when they are in town with We the Kings, Valencia and Charlotte Sometimes.
