Banned book week

jmc_bksThe Smart Bitches have reminded me that Banned Book Week is coming. I scrolled down the list of banned books and realized that I've read almost half of them, mostly when I was elementary or middle school. Does that make me somehow deviant in the eyes of whoever has deemed them ban-worthy?
Skimming the list also has me wanting to reread some of them, but I'm a bit worried. I recently reread Blume's Forever and was less than impressed. If I read Tiger Eyes again, will I be similarly let down? I think I'll take the risk.
