Yay for Samhain! and e-customer support
Dec. 28th, 2006 08:15 amI opened my mailbox this morning to find an email from customer support at Samhain. They weren't sure what/why I was getting error messages about corrupt files, so they sent me copies of the books I ordered. Yay! Many thanks!
Y'know, I love it when I hear back from online sellers (books, clothes, food, anything) promptly. Yes, yes, an automated email is fine to let me know that I'm in the queue for assistance, but really, hearing back with a solution of some sort in short order always brings me back to that website. And I'm kind of amazed when longer periods elapse or even, occasionally, when I never hear back at all.
