Okay, I need to find my ticket to Friday's baseball game. It's somewhere in the pile of non-urgent (non-bill) correspondence piled on my kitchen table. Yep, I'm just expanding my knowledge of minor league ball. Been to games at Aberdeen, Bowie and Frederick; on the Eastern Shore; in Georgia; would like to catch a game in Cape Cod if the season is still going (I think it will not be, though, because September is usually when the major league rosters expand and the teams call up promising farm players). That's my story and I'm sticking to it. No Nora bobble-head doll involved at all.
And, hey, the Cal Ripken bobble head will be given out at Camden Yard later this month, after his induction to the Hall of Fame :)
