X 3: The Last Stand

jmc_bksYesterday was a couch potato day. The most energetic thing I did was walk to the grocery store (~1 mile) for milk, bread and lettuce. The New Year celebration included beer, wine, Trivial Pursuit, Candyland (the sucky newer version) and football, so I was footballed out yesterday and couldn't bear to watch any of the bowl games, even to have them on as background noise while I read. Instead, I popped a couple of DVDs in. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire...which happens to be my favorite HP book. I'm always amazed by the movies, even if they are omitting vast chunks of the story in order to stay at around 2-2.5 hours long. Then watched X-3. WTF? Rogue without powers? I totally preferred the alternate ending for her. And Bobby? Cute little boy, but I like the idea of Rogue and Logan better. :off to find some Rogan ff:
