jmc_bksSomeone on The Chemist's side of the family sent them as a gift a plaque with an Einstein quote that I love, and which they both appreciated:
If we knew what we were doing, it wouldn't be called research, would it?
My personal favorite quote: A man's ethical behavior should be based effectually on sympathy, education, and social ties; no religious basis is necessary. Man would indeeded be in a poor way if he had to be restrained by fear of punishment and hope of reward after death."
