Ebook problem

jmc_bksGaaaaaah! I ordered two ebooks from Samhain before I left for Christmas vacation, but couldn't download them to my home computer. I thought I knew what the problem was there, but didn't have time to fix it. So I stopped by the library -- couldn't download there, but I assumed that was because of the library policy. But I've now tried to download to a CD on my office computer, and I'm getting an error message telling me that the file on the MBaM page is corrupted. Not just one book but both. Gah! Want books now! Well, not really, since I have work to do, but I want them to download so I can put them on my reader this evening. I've emailed customer support, so now I'm just waiting to hear what to try next.
