Australia is on my list -- I'm thinking it'll be 2011 or 2012 before I make it there, though, because I need to save $$ and vacation time for it. Seems like two or three weeks will be needed to do the trip justice, right?
Scotland is on the list, too; I've been told that it's best to visit in summer, but I usual take trips in Jan/Feb or Oct/Nov, so I'm not sure how that'll work out.
