First, they have no policy on how to handle plagiarized titles. Because it is infrequent.
Second, for that specific title, there were multiple requests from patrons. Customers were interested in reading it and comparing it to the original title. Plus 12 Maryland library systems added the book to their collections, along with 638 worldwide.
