I should be tarred and feathered for being so rude as to post my opinion on my own blog. I am huddled at my desk, too shamed and battered to set fingers to keyboard to write another review, er, opinion post of any kind that is less than gushing about a book. :sigh: It was a throw away comment, and I'm surprised by the response. The author, though, was polite.

Mmmm, apple crisp. Did you eat it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream? Or maybe cinnamon? Mmmmm.
