Does Fredneck cause pendulum swings in political leanings? I had no idea.

I used to be what one of my friends called a flaming moderate. Middle of the road. Not so much anymore. I think the usual progression is to become more conservative as you get older and become a responsible, taxpaying citizen (as opposed to being a crunchy, liberal broke student benefiting from pork barrel policies), but that has not been the case for me.
