I've already said I didn't like that a private e-mail was posted but I don't think it was done with malice. Just uncool.

As to the rest, I would be horrified to be an 'employee' of a company where the boss decides to rant to us about how unfair everything is and well, my life is a mess! For me, if RWA has to step in then there is definitely smoke and thus, a fire. Since I don't buy e-books it's nothing to me but watching the wheels come off of this one was mindbending.
