Books are winging their way to my house

People are bugfuck crazy sometimes.  Is there a full moon?  Or have people gone off their meds?

I picked up a copy of Kalen Hughes' debut, Lord Sin.  As I've mentioned (ad nauseum), I'm not a big historical fan, but I appreciate Hughes' thoughtful comments at SBTB, so I picked up a copy when I saw it.  And the bargain price $3.99 (or $4.99?) didn't hurt either.

And my copies of No Humans Involved (Kelley Armstrong) and The Crusades Through Arab Eyes (Amin Maalouf) are on their way to me.

Holy crap - I just caught up and found out Dear Author confirmed it was Kathryn Falk. That is one crazy chick. Crazy.

I read Bitten there a few years back but then heard the next book had no romance. You know me, no romance, no Cindy. So did she ever put romance back in?

Mmm, there was romance in Dime Store Magic. But not so much in Industrial Magic. I haven't read Haunted or Broken, which are TBR, but Broken has Elena as narrator again, so I imagine there's a bit of romance. And I think NHI is supposed to have some romance, too, with Jaime and Jeremy.

Haunted has more romance than Broken -- the latter is all Clay trying to keep Elena from overdoing while preggers.
