OMG!! A fellow bah-humbug-ger!? Actually my favourite time of year is Christmas Eve because everything is bought and you can't worry anymore because everything is closed and what's under the tree is under the frickin' tree.
I was worried I was the only one to end up in a deep fog so early. I really think it was because the last two weeks of our (Ontario) summer was rain. It never got better. Again, I thought it was just me but Bob said the other day how Fall has sucked big time. Phew! I had heard of all these people who love this time of year and I was wondering what the big deal was.
Bob and I usually start Christmas shopping in June but we didn't start until last weekend. I just don't have a clue this year. I'm gifted out!!
I keep reminding myself that since Bob and I don't have kids, one day there will only be the two of us for Christmas so suck it up soldier and take the hits now because I'll miss it when it's gone.
